A five week course called Food & Mood starts on Monday 14th April 2008, 1-3pm at The Lenton Centre on Willoughby Street. Increasing evidence suggests our diet and nutrition have an impact on our mental wellbeing. This course explores all the evidence and looks at how we can have a healthy relationship with food and improve our mood through what we eat.
