9th Nottingham Girl's Brigade
Girl's Brigade logoThe Girls' Brigade began in 1902 as 'The Girl's Life Brigade', and later changed it's name when three other organisations joined. The 9th Nottingham Company started in 1952 at a chapel in Broad Street, moving to the Albert Hall Methodist Mission when that church closed, and then to Lenton Methodist.

    Main Activities:

    To teach and support girls to become responsible and reliable citizens, by way of:
  • Fun Days;
  • Camps;
  • Games;
  • Badge Work;
  • Crafts;
  • Christian Teaching.Meeting Time:
  • Tuesdays, 6.15pm
